World Wellness Weekend is a not-for-profit event now at its 10th edition, that celebrates wellness and healthy lifestyles in 160 countries and more than 8 thousand wellness locations. It takes place each year at the end of September, right when we all feel it is the time of a new beginning after the Summer holidays.

At Grotta Giusti, wellness of body and spirit has always been at the heart of our activities and our philosophy. That’s why we’ll be taking part in World Wellness Weekend too on the 18, 19 and 20 of September, opening our doors to wellbeing lovers with free wellness experiences to be booked in advance.

On Friday please join our Beauty Masterclass, beauty tips and tricks, sessions at 5, 6 and 7 pm. On Saturday, early in the morning, you can join the Fitness Walk with our trainer in the park around the resort with departure at 9.00 am. After that you can take part in an outdoor Piloga (Pilates and yoga) session at 11 am. On Saturday don’t miss our Massages by the pool  from 3 to 6 pm. On Sunday our Make Your Potion Masterclass from 3 to 6 pm.

This is our way of contributing to personal wellbeing, and it’s the perfect opportunity to enjoy moments of serenity that morph into mindfulness to be treasured.
